Would you like to be part of HAYP planning? We'd love for you to join a committee. Each committee has regularly scheduled meetings throughout the month. Each lasts approximately one hour. If you are also interested in being on the HAYP board, joining a committee is a great way to get started!

Create and implement marketing initiatives and activities to increase awareness about HAYP.
When? First Monday of even months (Feb., April, etc.), 5:30 PM
Where? Panera Bread, 75 Eisenhower Dr, Hanover or Virtually (through conference call)

Coordinate event logistics for happy hours, the annual Rooftop event, Adulting 101 workshops, and other fun and engaging events.
When? Every 4th Thursday, 8 a.m. (*new weekday*)
Where? 1st meeting of the quarter (January, April, July, October) at Panera Bread, 75 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover; all other monthly meetings are virtual

Engage local companies and individuals to provide the opportunity to support young professionals in the area.
When? Every 2nd Friday at 7:30 a.m.--via conference call except for the first month of each new quarter (Jan, April, July, Oct).

Work with other community organizations to provide members volunteer opportunities and to provide HAYP support for other local events.

HAYP Board of Directors
Responsible for overall oversight of HAYP, including directing committee work and managing the organization's budget. Members of the board include the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, committee chairs, and members-at-large.
When? Every 1st Wednesday, 5 p.m.
